TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
The use of transmitters supplied by The Spy Shop is illegal in the UK. It is in contravention of the Telegraphy Act 1949 as well as the Telecommunication Act 1985. The telephone equipment supplied is not approved for connection to the public communication system. The surveillance equipment sold by The Spy Shop is not approved for use in the UK and is sold on the strict understanding that it will be operated outside the EU. Although it is not an offence to possess a transmitter in the UK, most of the transmitters supplied are not approved by the D.T.I and the use of them could be an offence. It is the purchasers responsibility to acquaint themselves with legal regulations. We accept no responsibility for action against the purchaser.

Please note UHF products are supplied on the understanding that they are to be exported to countries outside of the EU and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of and comply with U.K, European and any other local law governing the use of such equipment. 

Shipping
We ship goods to any country internationally except Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa.

£6.00 will be added to your order total to cover Postage and Packing for orders under £100. 

FREE shipping on all orders over £100 to any destination.

For security reasons we can only ship goods to the address registered with the credit card company. Please make sure the address matches.
